I thought it was a really good idea! I will likely include that rule in any of my own future games as well tbh.
I think my favorite twist has to be the boss fight after getting Sorian though. I was driving home in the middle of it and just sweating bullets the whole time.
Muffin and Sawneeks are a lovers pair and Sawneeks spends the whole game wondering if they have different alignments.

I don't think so, only in terms of punishment maybe, Blackjack is in both but otherwise I think Poker and the Russian Roulette surpass the craziness of the 1st game's. Maybe it feels that way because we had Blarg for the Pokemon battle, we tried contacting him again but he didn't respond :(
Maybe it was a bit of that - the first game's events seemed more..theatrical in a way that only a few of the events did this time. Or maybe that's just my poor memory which is entirely possible lol

Also Sorian, just so you know how bullshit Muffin's role is, he can act before roleblocks if he copies something that would have prevented that roleblock. Otherwise he is roleblocked like normal, that's why he was able to copy lokiduck.
Nah, there were great players in this that weren't even around for the first one. Come to think of it, a big part may be that I was coming to all of the events after the fact this time. In HvV1 I was following along closer to real-time.

Yeah actually that might be it, when you live it there's a sense of suspense you don't have just by reading it all at once.
We killed 2 scums and prevented a town kill.
We were the nicest scums ever and town repaid us lynching all of us first.

Gave you 1 more shot lmao. Your role was basically to catch scum lying about their claim, it would always give the fake claim, so if anyone tried to not use it you would've caught them.
Pretty much as expected then. Ah well. As for fake claims, I'd like to say "People have learned to stick to them" but ... porno princess.
Judging from Muffin's early scum chat, I think Muffin might have went off script if you hadn't called for his name so suddenly.

I liked it a lot as well. It gave more tension to the vote and still allowed it to be played out so there was a lunch by the end.
