now that you guys can blaze, what's your legal weed experience been like?
Local shop pics appreciated.

What's wrong with having a joint with your coffee?isn't it really early in the morning?
I mean I'd be excited too but I wouldn't get up at 6 just for weed bro
I believe some shops opened up at midnight for st least 2 hours, so I'm sure some already tried it. I'm currently in the Montreal airport and saw a couple of signs warning not to enter the USA with cannabis lolisn't it really early in the morning?

GO HARDNever tried.
Good point.
I wouldn't on a Wednesday though.. I mean I have to go to work after haha
I don't like the inconsistency of the black market where I live (Australia). Sometimes you get great weed, sometimes you get shit. I've often thought I'd be willing to pay more if it meant getting a quality product 100% of the time.
it really doesn't seem too out of step for what I paid in Toronto. fwiw.
I am in NS now so I have to go to the LC and get some sort of access card for the website. the older population is being a bit hand-wringy about it but the rules are not terrible apart from the downtown Halifax smoking ban fiasco.
bullshit. i can get an ounce from BC, (at least AAA+) straight from grower for $150.
and don't give me that shit about "not knowing what you're getting"
this comes straight from the grower.
I disagree. I used to buy black market but that all stopped several years ago when I started ordering online from Vancouver. Getting it delivered is so damn convenient and prices weren't that bad on modest bud. I would pay a premium for the really good stuff but that was fine. I buy smaller amounts of several strains I never buy a large amount of one though.
What's the price difference?
Can you guys grow your own legally too now though? Cause that eliminates the quality and pricing issue all together.
the same CBD Mango Haze on OCS I can get for $140 an O lol
but ok
15 grams for $151 from OCS.ca
literally same strain 28grams(an ounce) $140 from the old places.
absolute joke.
How long does that $140 last.
Just like with cigarettes, I can't imagine paying the cost for how little one gets (duration wise).
How long, on average...days/weeks would $140 worth of weed last?
I know that probably varies per person.
I'm trying to get down to your level, 140 is only lasting me a week rn D:ahh sorry I go through about 28 grams a month, about an ounce. so for me two weeks $140.
I'm def above the average user consumption.
I'm glad you can get that I guess but your experience is not everyone else's. Not everyone has access to your source. You are missing the point.
Huh? The black market is still $10/g atleast.

Which MoMs? O for $160 (Canadian, right?) is unheard of, atleast in Ontario. That's like a buddy discount!
Yes, I could probably pay less for it but I didn't really have the time to figure out a dependable source. I was happy with the small selection I bought this morning from OCS, smooth process.
Is it a joke? Aren't there taxes involved now?15 grams for $151 from OCS.ca
literally same strain 28grams(an ounce) $140 from the old places.
absolute joke.
Can I order from any website? Or does it have to be in the same province.
I'm in Alberta.
Help me a noobie out. What should I buy on OCS? Also need a method to smoke, and would prefer something not harsh on the lungs
What is CBD? Says its non intoxicating but why would I want that? Ive smoked maybe 3-4x befofe off friends. Never felt a high except once that lasted a very short time that I thought I was imagining itI don't know what they have available, but if you're totally new I'd suggest something with high CBD (as close to 1:1 as you can get), or a lower THC % (like 10 or under). Search strains on leafly for more info and find something that sounds like what you're after
