Fuck the Grammys. It's an irrelevant institution that has routinely shut out performers of hip-hop & R&B and is now facing the consequences.
There's a more verbose argument to be made, but I prefer the medium of memes:
Grammys: *continually nominates folks like Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean, Drake, et al. and yet overlooks them in favor of mediocre pop albums*
Hip-hop / R&B superstars: *refuse to attend*
Grammy academy:
It's so stupid, and I'm glad the President of the association that runs this shitshow is getting flack for it. The only requirement I have for the Grammys this year is that Mac Miller should win for "Swimming", but I just know their voting body will fuck it up and give it to Post Malone or something.

If you have a space in your vote you need to fill, I recommend OIL OF EVERY PEARL'S UNINSIDES by SOPHIE. SOPHIE is a really talented producer that collaborated with Vince Staples and Kendrick Lamar on Yeah Right.
