I'm sure we've all encountered this. People within your own family who supports Trump, or says extremely idiotic things that are racist, homophobic, and outright ignorant.
Do you put your foot down on them? Do you just ignore them?
My parents actually told me to vote for Trump during the election, but I sternly told them, no. My parents are extremely ignorant. What's worse, my uncle is even dumber. He's always been an idiot. I want to call him out, but I know I'll hear it from my parents. Being Chinese means elders are always right no matter how stupid their comments are. Cause I am extremely conflicted. On one end, I want to educate them, but I also know you can't educate close minded people, so why bother.
