Every one of these is a stretch, some further than others. That's the fun. (It really makes sense in my head but my wife says i'm nuts so you're prolly right)

Other Spectre prequel - I'd guess something one of the Spectre actors was in, like Batista was in BR2049. But SKR gave that away in the past.

In 2015 Spectre was released however, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation was also released that same year and was basically the same movie. Ghost Protocol is the "prequel" to this. MI: 4 is the correct answer!

Sold out. Amazon has it used. Is it OOP or something? I only just recently got a 4K TV and am in upgrade fever.
No, I bought it a mere week ago or so. It just went down to 9.99 so shitloads of people bought it immediately. It's not out of print or anything, just presumably kind of a low print number.
