By your post count I can see you really enjoy Era. Why not help more and throw some money every month? ;)
I’m on mobile, so the extra bandwidth saved from needing to load ads is a huge plus for me. So I pay because of that.
Nah. Also, it's far from my favourite website lol are the mods giving you something for this?
That really shouldn't happen and I'd be using an ad blocker the second it started tbh.

I don't use an adblocker (It's more annoying to be constantly nagged about your adblocker than to simply get the ads) and I mostly browse on mobile anyway, but I never, ever get ads on Resetera.

I'm fine with the ads.... Normally. I have been getting some rather intrusive/dangerous ads recently that force my browser onto new pages and are fishing etc. It's not great.

$4 a month is way too much just to remove some adds from a site that is predominately run and administrated by volunteers.
If the owner was transparent around the cost of running the site and where and how this money is spent it's possible I could be convinced to subscribe.

Always wondered, what happens if you get banned? Does ERA continue to charge you, lol? You can't access anything while you're banned, so how would you stop them, short of cancelling your card?
And I'm sorry, but no, I won't pay you to get rid of your awful, "You've won a $1,000 phone for doing absolutely nothing! This is totally NOT a virus, click here!" ads. If you want to make the site unusable on mobile, then I just... won't use it. Not paying you to get rid of shitty ads, which you shouldn't run in the first place.
