It's the simplicity of it that makes it for me. You can just read a whole paragraph of blatant bullshit, and replying with this is enough to get the point across. No excess animations, no wall of texts on an image, and no textless expression that can be misconceived. But it has to be used in moderation, or else its impact gets lessened.
