IGN Updated their top 25 PS1 game list. Here's a video of their top 10.

I think the list is really solid. My only beef is that misses some Japan Studio classics like Ape Escape and Parrapa. I'd take those over Crash 2 and Tomb Raider any of day of the week in the top 10.

It's not a horrible list, but making a top 25 PS1 or PS2 games list is a fool's errand.

I am ok with the IGN top 10 shown, especially with MGS at #1. Also surprised (happily) to see Vagrant Story hit the top 10, as I always considered it the best RPG on PS1, and it was underrated and underappreciated at the time IMO.

However, how did this changed from (what I assume was) the previous list of PS1 top 10. Did they change any games spots, or did they not have a top 10 PS1 games list before.

A TR deserves to be there, but 2, LR, and Chronicles ae all better than 1.
