Come on, man. He's a young, inexperienced traveler very far from home. He can't speak the language either. And the resources he was supposed to meet were not available where and when they said they would be.
Reading the thread, he seems to have done his due diligence, but his resource flaked on him somehow.

If anything, him not being in this thread at the moment could be a sign that he's getting his shit together I hope.
Be careful with the people, the food, the air, the transportation, the language, purchases and housing.

In OPs defence it sounded like they were at full panic stations so probably weren't thinking too carefully about what went into the OP.
They only let you pay form 8am to 1pm, and apparently they've gotten a lot more people than expected so you needed a queue number to register. I came too late for the queue number so I have to wait until another day to pay.
Lets hope that you have postrd this at7:20 am, means your going there to pay right now.
