Even with threads like this, the problem is wading through / curation. Resetera should have a live top 100 indie games list (i.e. games you can buy right now - doesn't matter when they were released) as it's so easy to miss good indie games compared to AA and AAA releases.
This kind of Thread would be helpful, that for sure.
However This Thread is mostly active by me for upcoming indie videogames. Recently I decided to post released games as well [if I didn't post them in the past], but again the user him/herself must show interest for these kind of games.
Maybe a solution is to create my personal Top 100 Indie games I played? I would prefered for a Top 100 Upcoming Indie Videogames although.
There's a reason we only do GOTY once a year, those polls take a lot of time and effort. It depends on what people are interested in. I never play Early Access games, and have little interest in upcoming games. When games are released - and good - that's when I'm interested. But it's so easy for good indies to slip through the net because of awareness, that's why some sort of rolling / updated top 100 (finished / released / available to buy) Indie games would be good.
Ideally like how Resetera does the best games poll every year, except they'd do best Indies and it can include previous years as well as new ones.

If anything we might want to have the OP updated with a 'best of' section that could get updated over time that both Sweetsark and the forum at large can suggest. Adapt Toma's top picks from each month into that I guess, since this basically takes both threads and melds them. Saves sark time and gives people a list so they don't have to get a backhoe to dig through nearly 30 pages of indie stuff
The problem with this is keeping track of the release date of them all, especially since there are a lotThank you!
If you want to organise the games you want to play in the future, do what I do:
Create folders into your PC and save Pictures of the games you want with their names and maybe the Developer/Publisher.
Here an example of one of my many files I have which I organise the games I want to play First:

I realize. it'd need to be a multipost thing to include all that, like the PC Era thread. That sai,d I kind of like having to sift through everything to find what I like. It's kind of freeingSorry for not updating. My area had problem with the Internet and I was using only my phone for few days...
Anway:
The problem is how much size my OP can handle.
I tried once to creata a even bigger OP,but I encounter a size problem by the site...
Also I would need data from other users to suggest me which games need to get mentioned here.
Well. "Making a thread featuring their full image database of games, which revealed more and more of their collection of porn games as the thread advanced, some of which was loli porn" sounds really absurd. What? How?
What did they do to deserve a ban?
Don't tell me they banned them for posting more info of NSFW games?
Paging More_BadassWelp. Looks like the OP has been banned permanently.
Hopefully this thread can keep running in some form since I always thought it was a great idea. Maybe an indie expert wants to take the reins?
I really, really like indie games. He's continuing this in his own twitter account:
Some pretty amazing looking games there, just in the couple last days.
I really, really like indie games.
And I'm sure you're not TRYING to say "it's okay to follow a pedophile if he's retweeting good content" here.
But you might want to remove that link.
Edit: Thanks. Sorry for assuming you were ignoring the issue instead of just being unaware of it.
I'd be game as well. I kind of dropped out of the Toma indie threads due to not playing as many games and not following the scene so closely.I say we take a day or two, and figure out a way to keep the thread going. I'd gladly take up the cause if I had some help or we come up with something better

But doing regular updates could work.
I must say, this thread didn't seem very suited for regular discussion like the old Indie threads
Would it be better to keep this thread going or start a more general Indie Game megathread for discussion?
Looks like Wintermoor Tactics Club will have some competition.
Fae Tactics, a game I mentioned before here, have now a Steam Page. Wishlist the game below:

I think I shall create an Thread for this game when I have a chance.

Tabletop, the snowball fight is just a throwback to FFT.I'm confused. Are the tactics RPG battles played through a tabletop game the characters play or is it a snowball fight?
Eldest Souls [PC]

TBA
Eldest Souls is a souls-like, pixel-art RPG. The Old Gods have long been imprisoned. Humanity has been prospering, with great Kingdoms arising on the now forsaken temples of worship. But no longer. In their final act of revenge, the Old Gods have unleashed a great Desolation upon the world. Farmlands turned to deserts, rivers to dust. The Great Crusade sent to slay the Imprisoned Gods once and for-all, is all but vanished, and the human Kingdoms are in disarray. A lone Warrior approaches the Citadel, ancient prison of Gods. His objective is one: slay them all. In Eldest Souls, the player will explore the vast, forgotten Citadel, in search of the Old Gods. The temple-prison will contain a great deal of NPC's , quests and mysteries. Encounters with the Old Gods will be…deadly. With a fast-paced, exciting action combat, every instant counts. But fortune favours the bold, and defeating the Old Gods will grant the player powers beyond mortal comprehension.

Also the Devs running a Kickstarter!!!*
Halycon 5?I'm sure there was another kickstarter game almost exactly like this, but with more pixelart graphics. Anyone remember the name?
Nope, it looked almost exactly like Space Haven in gameplay. Am I going crazy?
I think a lot of it has moved to the PC gaming one. This thread is a lot less active than it was before. Is this the only thread like it on Era or are there others?
Toma was the life blood. With him having less time here, the monthly PC thread has absorbed a lot of the activity as Shodan saidThis thread is a lot less active than it was before. Is this the only thread like it on Era or are there others?
Miegakure is due out soon I think.
4D puzzle game, confirmed for PC/PS4 so far I think. It's about shifting between four spacial dimensions. I played an early demo, and it was a lot of fun.
