Being a Steam Developer, I'll say a lot of these dates are probably wishful thinking. You're allowed to change the date freely until 10 days before release of the game, and many put placeholders. Internally may be what they're aiming for, but game development is a turbulent thing.

November is going to be a very crowded month. If the game was actually ready for last year but was delayed to improve it, it will probably release as early as it can in second half of the year.

Maan, when Sony said Uncharted was coming shortly after the PS5 version I figured a few months. It's not a big deal, but 6 months is not shortly after, definitely gave me the wrong expectations.

Yup. This is the worst time to be a western Kiseki fan since the old days of wondering if we would ever even get anymore after TitS SC. Especially if you've already played the excellent fan translations of the Crossbell games like many people.
