I just wanted to make sure I got one before we're hit by Brexit. Who knows what things will be like in January with the current double whammy. One unexpected, one self inflicted.
You'd be surprised.
Also manufactured FOMO is a real thing and it's REALLY bad.
I was originally going to say something else but "getting in before the boring meta" actually seems like a totally valid reason.I would've loved to play Demon's Souls again while online/pvp was still in the chaotic first stage. That timeframe is already over and the boring meta is back. Now I have no rush to get a PS5 until GT7 releases because there is not a single game on PS5 (or XSX) right now that I can't play anywhere else.
But I can't say I didn't try to order one. It just wasn't possible. Even knowing the exact time new stock went online didn't help at all. Demand is just too crazy right now and probably long into next year.
I do partially understand, I just ask myself if its a huge thing out there, that we are not able to wait for things.I never understand why people like you don't seem to get that humans, who typically are subject to very human wants, like to have things that they've been waiting to get their hands on (FOR MONTHS) as soon as possible...
Even less how someone would confuse this for a lack of interests. It doesn't even make sense as a conclusion, aside from someone desperately attempting to be holier-than-thou on the internet...
