He doesn't seem to have any semblance of clothes. In fact, you can straight up see his heart normally. Maybe he's not only naked but he also doesn't have skin?

I think Knack himself is a decent design. Drab colors but that's fairly typical for Sony.

I remember back in 1996 when I saw the first naked zombies in Resident Evil 1 and the first thing I noticed was the lack of their genitals...
If there are naked characters/monsters, why not keep everything? :D
