It appears that the guy who hacked Rockstar Games and stole Grand Theft Auto 6 clips has been arrested by the London Police

So it was Lapsus$ again? That's the second time he got nicked for hacking, and I'd imagine he's not getting a metaphorical slap on the wrist this time.
I wonder how much his interactions with people online contributed to his getting caught. What if he had peaced out into obscurity after doing his thing? Would he still have gotten caught?
Very apropos that the ARRESTED text in that image is something that would splash across the screen in a GTA game.
Why would the UK be a slap on the wrist? Rockstar is a UK company I would think he's probably in the worst place to get caught.
I don't think immortalizing hacker in the biggest entertainment product in the world is the best way to avoid future hackings.
Attempting blackmail of a major UK based company probably wouldn't have ended well for them regardless of if they tried to do it on the down low or not.
