Here's what the devs said in a Q&A hosted by Playstation:

It's Quiz Time is playable online, but not in the traditional sense over PSN. You can play with others by streaming the game to any platform (e.g. Twitch or YouTube), and they can join in remotely. Because the game doesn't need you to be on the same Wi-Fi, this is possible. The added bonus of this is that the people you play with only need the app - they don't need a copy of the game or even a PlayStation 4! And if you're worried about strangers joining your game, YouTube lets you host a private stream so you can just share with your friends.

Having a "proper" online mode over PSN is something really high on our wishlist of update features. However, it's a lot of specialist work and we are a small indie developer. Hopefully the game will do well so we can hire more programmers and add this in an update :)

I want to clarify why I changed the filesize on PS4.

The webstore said 4,7 GB. But I'm downloading the game right now on a PS4 Pro, and the download is just over 6 GB.
