Wii as a VC machine would be right at home on the CRT (since you can set them to play in 240p even without doing any homebrew shenanigans).
What's missing is a Wii U hooked up to the HDTV for all the actual Wii games.
Or the Wii on a 16:9 CRT.

Wii pointer should not go wild on any TV. The problem may be your sensor bar placement. Thanks everyone!
The Wii is hooked up to the PVM because the motion controls go buck wild when pointed at the modern TV. Also, it's an amazing 240P emulation powerhouse for the stuff I refuse to buy because it's too expensive.
Like Neo Geo!
Hm, interesting. I'm guessing that accounts for all the buttons on the bottom of the monitor? That's pretty cool! I love the look of it but im not sure I personally would be able to justify one if the price is high.
Yup this. (reminder that you can put the sensor bar literally anywhere you want to and you could even just use candles, doesn't need to be anything connected to the console)Wii pointer should not go wild on any TV. The problem may be your sensor bar placement.
