I imagine we're going to see the music release schedule—especially for music videos—slow down drastically pretty soon.
Just fell into the rabbit hole called Band-Maid thanks to a tweet from Phazon with one of their live performances.
Holy Balls, are they awesome. The sheer variety of styles is phenomenal, they have a great mix and they all sound
great on an individual level.
And I have to say, their music helps me a lot right now in this time, but I'm also pissed, that I only discovered them
now and not a year before, for one of their shows in Bochum Germany.

Noteworthy releases of the week
Nulbarich's live album is insane. Perfect setlist, and all the songs have some neat new arrangements. The drums feel so much more alive and "big" than on the studio versions. Listen to it with headphones to experience something magical. Almost There shook me to the core.

Amazing day, folks! Not only the new Yousei Teikoku album is out today, their music was never available on Spotify outside of Japan. Well, this is is no longer the case! Their new album is available to listen worldwide now, along with all their prior discography from 2006 onwards - their unsigned album from 2005, Stigma and earlier demos are, predictably, missing, but other than it's pretty complete, it even includes less known singles.

I was really surprised when I heard it on the best-of released last year, Nakata basically made a song that'd fit right in their indie stuff haha (same for Saisei actually), didn't expect it. It's cute.
Wonder if this means their next album will be a return to their roots or if it's just these two songs.
