There's no way he'd get no jail time no matter what kind of plea deal he got. He got lucky with Acosta. There's way too much scrutiny for him to get off again.
reporters dug into this in 2016 and there were all kinds of red flags, between the completely anonymous victim and the anonymous witnesses, none of whom were willing to speak to the media, and the sketchy guys who were aggressively shopping this story around asking for $1m for a video. The one reporter who spoke to "Katie Johnson" came away wondering if she was even real. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Epstein's general MO was known when this came out and the new information on him doesn't make this suit any more or less believable. If this really happened, I hope she finds the courage to go to law enforcement or come forward publicly with a credible attorney to represent her, but barring future revelations the media is probably doing the right thing by not reporting on this beyond "this is a lawsuit that was filed and dropped before anything came of it".

iirc, the report said these discs were locked in a safe. not typically where one stashes their porn. but who knows, and even if IT IS some shit, the chances of a major takedown of all parties seems slim. but i'll be crossing my fingers

It says so much that evangelicals devote more time to trying to morally and legally criminalize and harass people of color, women, religious minorities & LGBTQ+ people while several of the world's biggest religions including themselves have a deep seeded, often cited, and continually ignored epidemic of abuse of children physically, mentally, emotionally and sexually.
