"It's a hybrid console!" - Jim Ryan as he unveils the PS4Portable.
I think all numbers are guesswork, Sony didn't actually share sales numbers for the Vita, as is their modus operandi when something they have is underperforming.Really? For some reason I remember Vita selling around 14 million worldwide.
He pops up from time to timeHe's back?! I thought the this twitter account retired a while ago?
What? No, they said the exact opposite multiple times, as recently as last month. You joke but Nintendo spent the last nearly three years saying Switch was a replacement for 3DS :P
probaly easier to pop up once in a while then everyday
where you guys getting the 16 million from?
What? No, they said the exact opposite multiple times, as recently as last month.
Which is bullshit and false, but it's still what they said.
That makes much more sense haha
The Vita was great, I'd still say better than the Switch
All you have to do is support it and not kneecap it with the memory card bullshit and it'd be easy money
A hybrid as powerful as a PS4 when docked should be possible next year. Sony is willing to take a loss at launch too. 399 US dollarsStreaming will be their portable console.
I would love a PS Switch, but it couldn't be very powerful.
PhysicsWouldn't stop them from building a hybrid console that is as powerful as ps4 when docked tho
... or SwitchI played Hotline Miami on my Vita yesterday with my Bluetooth headphones.
Can't do that on PS4
Wouldn't stop them from building a hybrid console that is as powerful as ps4 when docked tho
I sort of hope MS releases one then. I'd like a sleek adult portable. I don't like phone gaming due to 🔋 drain. I almost bought a Vita so many times but the custom memory cards kept turning me away.
sure, maybe in 2027 they can make that device.Wouldn't stop them from building a hybrid console that is as powerful as ps4 when docked tho
I didn't expect it, but I did hope...Honest question, were there people that actually expected them to make another handheld? After the fiscal failure of the Vita (the system itself was rad) I had just assumed they would never make another one.
