Sounds like their "boost mode may break games" and "name change might cause issues" sort of disclaimer.
They don't want to commit to something they can't deliver. Pretty sure all games run but some might have problems. Can't imagine any worthwhile game to have issues.
Apparently there's over 4000 PS4 games out there (last I read).

Most likely none few but they have to say this because its always possible that one game will have some issue.

Good. There's still a number of PS4 games I have to play and I won't get to all of them before the PS5 releases.
So, do they have planned ANY specific enhancements? I can't believe MS made panzer dragoon orta 4k, yet we know shit about, say, BloodBorne being 4k.
Are they gonna play the Pro versions? Holy shit Sony just put out a blog post with some dot points at the very least
I do wish they'd clarify 'cause when they don't tell you what the console can do and then they reveal a special feature for the PS5 that'll let you download a selection of the biggest PS4 games, it does make you worry.

Yeah no offense, but I don't believe much of what Sony is saying today. It is pretty clear they are more than willing to be deceptive about their messaging to get good press in the moment. I''ll wait to see what they do and ignore what they say.
The presentation was clearly a PS5 games focused presentation with pricing and release dates.
Sony said in the past that they expect the vast majority of games to run just fine before.
Ideally, I'd like to see some sort of BC state of play for games running with enhancements.
