Why are people taking issue with the thread title when that is seemingly what he said? I don't get it.

He is paraphrasing what the dev said; I highly doubt a dev actually said "I make games that teach people how to kill", that is Biden's interpretation and he is doing it intentionally to paint this "Silicon Valley creep" that way. It's on him folks.

If you read the context he thinks he's a creep because he's a pompous ass who thinks he's the economic engine of America when he makes video games.

Please also don't conflate devs with execs

The article headline is massively inaccurate. Tweaked the title a bit for accuracy but even then, the headline suggests Biden said the thing about "teaching people to kill" himself, when he was actually quoting the dev who said it himself.
