I have zero interest in anything from Colin unless it's another chapter in the BOHCU.
Book of Henry Cinematic Universe, you uncultured swine!
Isn't Trevorrow directing the next one? The franchise is gonna stay in the gutter.
Alternate solution: stop making these fucking Jurassic Park movies because everything outside the first one have been middling-at-best. Trailer sequence from Lost World notwithstanding. And writing... Yes I know God help us, but this short should give us a look at what the new writer can do with the series.
They make huge amounts of money.Alternate solution: stop making these fucking Jurassic Park movies because everything outside the first one have been middling-at-best. Trailer sequence from Lost World notwithstanding.
And they're still bad
Right, but the implication for the actual sequel implies a more widespread issue.

Also STOP GIVING COLIN TREVORROW WORK.They just need to drop the whole "people are dumb" and "dinosaurs are bulletproof" angle. And also feed the little girl to the T-rex for releasing a wave of death and destruction onto the world.
She had to do it. Because she's like themThey just need to drop the whole "people are dumb" and "dinosaurs are bulletproof" angle. And also feed the little girl to the T-rex for releasing a wave of death and destruction onto the world.
Who's worse? Colin Treverrow or J. A Bayona? Both are incompetent directors that have made the worst of the Jurassic Franchise.
Loved jurrassic world hated fallen kingdom. Hope this isn't as bad. Fallen kingdom made me actively pissed off with all it's stupidity. A movie hasn't done that to me in a long time.
TV series Jurassic World in World War Z (book) style would be interesting
He's the son of someone that worked at ILM.
8 minutes long, features an animatronic, VFX from ILM, first major human dino encounter about a year after JW2, 20 miles from Lockwoods estate.
Dinosaur species involved are Nasutoceratops and an adult Allosaurus.
The story, I imagine, is a simple tone piece: what does our world look like with dinosaurs in it, during a more extreme encounter.
What I wouldn't give for a Jurassic Park series that more closely follows the book.
I'd like to introduce you to the world of short films!
What predatory dinosaurs are left besides Carnotaurus, Rexy and Blue? Not like there's male dinosaurs for breeding or frog DNA for sex changing. No other raptors exist given Sorna's dinosaurs are apparently extinct.
The dinosaurs of Jurassic World were male and female, and are very capable of breeding. What predatory dinosaurs are left besides Carnotaurus, Rexy and Blue? Wasn't it stated that all of the dinosaurs in Jurassic World have been genetically engineered as females, preventing the dinosaurs from breeding?
Nope, JW didnt bother with that, and instead had carefully monitored and controlled breeding, like modern zoo's.Wasn't it stated that all of the dinosaurs in Jurassic World have been genetically engineered as females, preventing the dinosaurs from breeding?
What!? Short films are a thing that have been around for like... forever. They even have an Oscars category!
Hahaha seriously. Even most cartoons these days are two 11-minute episodes, that's only 3 minutes longer than this short.
They can't drop those angles, because then Jurassic World 3 would be over in five minutes. That handful of dinosaurs the girl released could be stopped by five army tanks. They just need to drop the whole "people are dumb" and "dinosaurs are bulletproof" angle. And also feed the little girl to the T-rex for releasing a wave of death and destruction onto the world.
