So a little background, I'm well known in my community for being a bit left wing. I was very vocal about my support for Bernie Sanders and just as vocal about what I thought of Donald "Pumpkin" Trump. Understandably I have a few rough relationships with various neighbors and community organizers.
I thought this was mostly water under the bridge, but today I was sent this image in the mail. I'm not sure what it means, but the reference to J.K. Rowling sent chills down my spine, as recently I was defending the accuracy and relevancy of Harry Potter lore to the current political climate on a forum I am registered to under a pseudonym.

My question is, should I be worried? I don't want to be doxxed but it seems like someone has connected my name and real life address with an account that should not be tied to me in any way. What really concerns me is I think I recognize one of the men in the offending image.
