It's on Gamescast apparently so today live if you're a patreon, Monday if not.
Least the thumbnail will claw back those lost viewsSo impressions 4 days after every other outlet for most viewers.

lolGreg went on the Gamespot podcast and talked about TLOU2.
So Gamescast is also not the first place we can hear Greg's thoughts on the game.
Both Patreons are at an all-time low, so if that's Greg "caring about Patreon" it's quite alarming.Today's KF podcast was interesting. Greg said he does not look at views on youtube anymore, he cares about Patreon, etc, but then no mention of the Patreons being down this year.
Exactly. I started watching KF because they were PlayStation guys. Now with Greg "I'm an Xbox Fanboy" Miller not wanting to "alienate" a part of their viewership they end up catering to no one so no one feels invested.Make. A. Playstation. Podcast.
It is what built your career. It is what the people want. Even Colin figured that out and it turned his patreon around.
Anytime they talk about Star Wars a part of me dies. I would rather stick my head in the oven than watch the upcoming in-review.Star Wars discussion on Screen Cast is unlistenable. Some of the takes are basically YouTube comments in podcast form.
Edit: Kevin then said that The Good Place is not a good show, especially season 3.
Kevin might be the worst person in a world to host a podcast about television and film.

I would imagine that the least amount of people in their company's history being willing to pay for their content would be something to worry about. Even if it is "deceiving" it still speaks volumes about how people really feel about what they're putting out.The whole "Patreon numbers are low" problem has been discussed by the Easy Allies as well when fans have said they were worried. They've basically said that Patreon numbers looking low can be deceiving as there is more going on behind those numbers that we can't see on our end. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
Nanobiologist, PokemonCEO, Ignacio Rojas, yup I can name some off the top of my head. That you could only submit questions as a patreon really hurts their daily show. Almost every day the same people their questions are being answered.
Still only because they don't like TLJ? I know tons of people who have legitimate complaints about it.Star Wars discussion on Screen Cast is unlistenable. Some of the takes are basically YouTube comments in podcast form.

The movie is really controversial amongst people
One of them referred to the Disney era of Star Wars as a "disaster" I believe, which is wrong on a factual level.
That being said, I have a hard time trusting negative opinions on The Last Jedi given the large amount of questionable arguments against it from so many people, ranging from sexism to being angry that Finn isn't a Jedi.
There are legitimate issues that I'm willing to hear in an argument. But the deepest Kevin has gone is to chime in with saying that he pretends the movie never happened. If you have issues with it, that's fine. To pretend it's on the same level as Attack of the Clones or talk in that amount of hyperbole just isn't honest. That's YouTube comment nonsense.
I mean when the MCU has only had 6 or so really outstanding films from a library of what, 22 now, its understandable to not want Star Wars to follow the MCU mold. They're just not Star Wars fans, bar maybe Tim. Which is fine. I just don't want to hear takes from people who either don't care or want SW to be the MCU.

What do you mean?
Well, since TLJ come and they didn't like it, they both acted like they took their ball and went home. I've heard Kevin on multiple occasions say that there 'are more bad ones than good in the series' and he sure sounds like he doesn't like it anymore. And Nick these days seems to compare everything unfavourable to the MCU and his Lord Feige. It comes off to me like you not liking their opinions is heavily influencing that take of yours. Saying Kevin and especially Nick aren't SW fans sounds ridiculous. I know Greg is the one who makes a point that he's whatever about it but out of those 4 that's it.

To me, TLJ is the worst SW film by a significant margin. I honest enjoyed AOTC a lot more (both in 2002 and now), and I do not like that film at all. I prefer to not acknowledge it because it disappointed me on a level I hadn't yet experienced from the franchise. One of them referred to the Disney era of Star Wars as a "disaster" I believe, which is wrong on a factual level.

I'm not talking about financial success. If that were the case, we could say every Marvel movie was a hit.I mean, it's 4 films to 23. Not a great comparison.
And three of those four have been huge hits.
What three films have been huge hits?
What three films have been huge hits?
Solo didn't do well, TLJ is hated, most like TFA but say its a rehash of the original movies?
I hope that gets some traction because that would be fucking awesomeI tweeted this to Gary: I would love to see him take part in a video (maybe We Have Cool Friends) that includes Cory Barlog and Duncan Jones (director of Moon, Source Code, and World of Warcraft), with Greg being moderator/host. That would be a fun thing.
