Yes..and? The game has 0 GG or alt-right themes or ideologies pushed into the story or side quest, so i don't know what are you trying to say or achieve.

I wasn't a fan of the first DLC, but the one that came out in the fall was pretty good. The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon.

But why does he get a pass and not say the composer from Dragonquest? Especially since he has a much bigger role in the game.

I am actually waiting for the KCD 2 announcement rather than any DLC but i am thinking of getting it if it is reviewed favourably and while on a sale.

AFAIK, incorporated into it, similar to Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.
Can be completed while playing the campaign, or afterwards.
