For context, Koei Tecmo issued a lawsuit against 3DM last year for copyright infringement
. On September 29 this year the Beijing IP Court gave its verdict, finding 3DM guilty of ilegally accessing and distributing Koei Tecmo's IPs, and have been sentenced 1.3 million RMB in damages and 320K RMB in costs(almost 250k$USD) for the distribution of the following:

• Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII
• Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence
• Dynasty Warriors 7: Empire
• Samurai Warriors 4-II
