Morally, fuck yes, legally, not necessarily if there are power dynamics/"fearing" for your own employment/well-being at stake. Randy is the CEO, so top of the power dynamic hierarchy.
Like any accusation, I'll await the facts to come out before passing judgement but if true, wow...this would be really disappointing and disgusting.
I agree 100% that everyone should be innocent until proven guilty and nobody should jump to conclusions, I just hope the appropriate authorities would be investigating claims of such a serious nature.

That lawyer is just pushing all the buttons in panic mode. Got caught and called out, is probably at least partially guilty with all the money shit gearbox has been dealing with and decided to just go torch mode.

Also depends which state it's in. In general, as I understand it, there's no legal obligation to report a crime. But there are exceptions, and some of those pertain to child abuse.
It's either a lie or there are a slew of complicit people to underage pornography. I hardly believe nobody would go to the cops.
