Yeah just saying its possible, doesn't make a ton of sense. There's some stretching here and there surrounding the bonus, but calling porn underage and then trying to claim you weren't being literal would be stupid.
But this guy was good buds with Randy Pitchford, so It's hard not to considerr that he might be full of shit.

I think Randy Pitchford is a complete ass, even before this article and rather the allegations are true or not. I listened to the IGN podcast that deals with talking to devs in the industry and seems like such a tool.
edit: In randy's defense (which i hate to say and am about to throw up) the underage pornagraphy thing should be innocent until proven guilty. I mean, the counsul dude is obviously a sleeze ball and may just be trying to throw as much dirt into this lawsuit as possible.
