This is ridiculous. WTF. And on top on this the game is $10 more expensive on Switch. Fuck Rockstar/2K, I'm not going to support this.

No buy then.

Switch tax should have extra perks. This is nonsense.

They see us switch users cows that can be milked...
No, thanks. Won't be giving money to this kind of mentality.

Surprised it's such a big game file. Does anyone know how big the original game file was?

I want to support games like this coming to the Switch, and I really like LA Noire, but I'd rather not be played for a chump like this.

What a joke. If you can't fit the entire game on a cartridge, don't sell it on a cartridge.

I thought we already knew that even the 16Gb Switch game cards were more expensive than Blu-Ray? This really doesn't surprise me but it's definitely a bummer. I don't plan on buying games like this as a result.

One day someone will talk about the prices of the carts (I won't), but suffice to say, they are very very expensive.

It's only going to get worse as time goes on and the system sees bigger third party support. Nintendo needs to foot the bill or something on the bigger cards since no one is using them.

Nintendo better start with bigger card sizes manufacturing because this can become a common problem.

I mean, make the big cards the default cards, even if you don't need them, more production, less costs.

Basically inexcusable from a consumers perspective.

Nintendo needs to change something and quick because this is getting ridiculous.

Not a fan - i get that they are working around the limitation of the systems. But extra 14gb download if you buy the physical version ?

Hope Nintendo has bigger/cheaper cards ready for the next Holiday season and that its just a temporary issue for releases this year.

In due time, either the third parties or Nintendo will budge.

But for now, don't reward these practices.

Hahaha, no. You can pull one of these bullshit maneuvers and get away with it, but not both.

Bye Rockstar. Go back to not making singleplayer DLC for GTA V.

Can't the fit 29GB onto a 32GB game card? They fit 15GB onto a 16GB card, I'm not sure how that storage scales up.

The game's facial tech is more or less streaming FMVs constantly, so that eats up a lot of space.

Ah gotcha. I hadn't heard anything like that before so I was assuming this would be relatively small since it's an old game remastered.

Does 16gb cartilage cost more or the same as bluray? still, I doubt 32gb cartilage would cost more than 10$ in difference to bluray.

Yea I thought it was known for a while the issue with the Switch card cost. So this isn't surprising. Wasn't LEGO City or NBA similar?

Another game to cross off my wishlist. Not buying any titles on Switch that don't have the whole game on the cart.

They have big cards. Its just that publishers dont want to shell more moneys to acquire them.

Well, this kills my interest on the game. Maybe when it is dirt cheap...
