Gaga all about dat Dada.

I've never listened to her music, but there's a documentary about her on Netflix and she seems really cool.
I decided to watch this and there's a scene where she is wearing a pokemon hat and a guy wearing a Fennekin note. She also was getting a police escort and sitting in the car smoking pot and ashing it out of the car.

A cover song from her for Bayo 3 would rock so much

Even if its just for a promo video for Bayonetta 3 I NEED to see Gaga in full on Bayonetta cosplay.

Over Bayonetta?? A game nobody in the general public knows about?

Makes more sense if it was Fortnite or RDR2 or Black Ops 4.
Exactly... Capcom, and Nintendo need the attention, and sales to justify this exclusive partnership. Yes the last one sold better than the Wii U version, but they aren't any better selling than the multi-plat first game in the series.

Also the Bayonetta games from what I've seen have a somewhat niche following in the LGBTQ gamer community. Why not associate your game to an extremely popular artist who is huge with that larger version of that community?

I think a lot of women down play the fact that they play games because the moment they chime up about it, a bunch of dudes get in their face questioning their #gamercred and demand to know the depths of their video game knowledge, least they start calling them fake gamer girls.
How fucking sad is that. Can't even have a hobby in peace.

She can sing Sinatra songs pretty well so she would be a good choice for the Bayo 3 theme...

She truly is every icon. The most talented entertainer since Michael Jackson supporting the most impactful game since Pong.

Being serious though, it is cool that she's playing Bayonetta. I'm pretty sure she loves her Switch because she references Mario characters on her Instagram captions a lot lol.

I can think of two reasons 1) can they even afford Lady gaga? But more importantly 2) what's in it for Gaga herself? There are way bigger deals she could be getting than Bayonetta.

Sometimes people just like a game.

I'm sure they could afford whatever she'd cost for promotions. This is the same company that had Beyonce promoting Rhytmn Heaven on the DS. I think the bigger sticking point would be whether they'd be willing to put that type of marketing money into a Bayonetta game.

Or C) Call me cynical, but when I see a celebrity who publicly "Nerds out" I see it as a marketing ploy.

it happens and if Nintendo shows off bayonetta 3 during the rumored second november direct there's reason to question this but I have a feeling shes just enjoying the game and tweeted about it.

The giveaway when it's celebrity marketing is the hashtags. The only hashtag in there is #gamergirl. She doesn't hashtag Bayonetta, which is something that Nintendo would obviously want for marketing purposes.
