I haven't seen a Tifa design where her boobs aren't huge so I would be surprised if they deviated from that.
I expect relatively less enormous boobs.

She has official bust-waist-hip measurements, so I think they will use those when creating her model. As for clothes, one way or another her original outfit will always be available in the final release.

I don't like it, but I guess it matches the old source material. I'm sure it will be great if the redesigns in Advent Children and Dissidia are anything to go by.

I hope they make her cut, but no woman specializing in a striking based martial art would be this big. It's a huge amount of extra weight to carry.
Actually even functionally oriented power lifters wouldn't be this bulky, as they prioritize flexibility and speed, just body builders.

Sure it doesn't (nor could it) need to be completely realistic. I'm just responding to the general idea that she should be super buff because she's a martial artist, which is itself an argument based in desire for realism.
And not to be too nerdy but Barret's build isn't beyond the realm of plausibility and might be pretty practical for absorbing the kickback from a Vulcan cannon =P
Give players option. Have a default design that fits the artistic style of the Remake, an Advent Children skin, and a revamped OG skin. Options are great especially if free!

You know, I was thinking that perhaps SE is planning the remake to be a reboot of all things FF7. Wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. The character's old VAs would have to go.
its not a reboot, its a remake. everything still exists as it was...its not an intent to wipe away the past or redo things. rather, this is a rebuild for a new generation.

I felt it was always fairly obvious, but judging by the increased reactions since last week's teaser, I think it's safe to say that she's the most popular female character in the whole FF franchise, and one of the most recognizable videogame heroines period (for better or worse).
I'm even willing to give a little benefit of the doubt that not every person hoping there isn't a "boob nerf" speaks out of a shared sentiment to see her given the best design treatment. The problem is few people can agree on a "middle road" look: it's either "flat" or "gigantic" with no in-between.
At the end of the day I'm not hoping for any extreme makeovers. As long as it's a design where most people can go "Yeah, that's alright. It's sexy but not in an overly Cindy way", then that's all I could hope for.
There's no winning with her design, especially online.
OG Design = Too Sexualised

Different design = Changing things

It won't matter as long as the design itself reaches some objective metric, even if that is also debatable.
idk, I still like the idea of a physically & mentally exhausted Tifa beating Scarlet at her own game. Plus its a fun & quick lil timing mini-game. I had her totally annihilate Scarlet like 6 slaps to 1!
Aerith sounded like Andrea Bowen to me. She's been voicing her since Crisis Core if I remember correctly.
How about a skort? I'd get behind that. Best to both worlds, she gets to sport the iconic skirt look but they're also shorts underneath so no pants shots everytime she does a roundhouse.
There is a lot of potential for winning. People who would cry about censorship or positive changes in a remake with huge changes are not worth worrying about. They can also enjoy the game in 10-12 years when they grow up.
Just keep her similar to her old design with AC like proportions and dont put in pantyshots or weird jiggle physics.

Ive never actually played ff7 and ive seen lots of fanart and whatever but I guess ive never seen her actual cutscene model in the game or paid attention to it when i did see it. Those are some fucking ludicrously huge boobs. Most of the horniest fanart ive seen has never gone that extreme!
