Confused. So they show a lot of Star Wars games, but it's just Bounty Hunter? Dribbling out separate releases of all the Star Wars games is a bit much for me. Again, no doubt people snatch them up though.

Couple of great announcements,

my highlights were Night in the Woods, Transistor, Rogue Legacy (poor Vita), that Shenmue 3 CE and motherf'ing Turok !?

And I still like the cheesy presentation of their E3 conferences.

Weird that they didn't show VA-11 Hall-A PS4/Switch since that's supposedly this year.

Was holding off on buying the JP physical release to see LRG's but I guess I'll just get it now.

Highlights: Night in the Woods, Papers Please, Star Wars, Corpse Killer, Transistor and Shenmue.

Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight was awesome to see. Night in the Woods is one of the biggest LRG titles to date for me.

Grabbing Power Rangers, I heard this was a rad game from Easy Allies and a little disappointed that it was digital only. Sigh... don't know about the price but I'm entitled to one silly decision this month.

Congrats on the presentation guys.

LimitedRunGames Care to explain how you're "overjoyed to partner with THQN" for Red Faction? Because quite frankly as a big LRG game purchaser I'm absolutely disgusted that you would do this.

Don't forget about all the things you're supporting when you consider any THQ Nordic games.

Here's a helpful summary post of all the events for the uninitiated.

Mod statement: "To address a few recurring points: We will not be banning games published by THQ Nordic and subsidiaries like Deep Silver. You are instead welcome to continue raising the issue in threads relevant to the publisher and its games."

If you use Steam and want to ignore all games that THQ Nordic publishes, go to their publisher page while you're logged in, then click on the little gear icon below where it says "Beta" and choose "Ignore this creator."
_______________________________________________________________

These games are being published by THQ Nordic. For those who may not be aware or who may have forgotten, THQ Nordic had a marketing effort where it intended to gain attention using a website that is known primarily for its support of child pornography, as well as for support of Neo-Nazism, doxxing, and other extremely damaging behaviours.

THQ Nordic's provided no response to this fiasco except for an apology claiming they did not do enough research. As the website is unlisted by Google, they had spoken to the board owner about removing "nasty stuff", and content was viewable both before and during the campaign, this claim is beyond belief. The individuals responsible are known not to be rogue PR interns, but go up to THQ Nordic's board. THQ Nordic has not dealt with the individuals responsible.

Consider that by supporting their games, you are supporting a publisher that is complicit with child pornography.

Hey LimitedRunGames what the fuck is this bullshit overjoyed THQNordic partnership garbage

Way to ensure I stop buying your games I guess, jfc

And before anyone even tries it, yes they fucking knew, no they haven't apologized, and the people responsible are still there. Fuck THQN.

Of course people care about it, THQN decided to support a terrible website with their publicity. They also didn't apologize nor fire the people responsible for it.

As far as LRG is concerned, I'd rather they not release physical copies of THQN's games at all, and I'm sure as hell not buying any games they do put out from them.

That said...Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve, and Epic all sell THQN games on their storefronts. All of these platform holders promote THQN games on their social media and marketing channels. In addition, every major retailer carries their games. It is a bit inconsistent to say 'I will no longer buy games from LRG because they sold a THQN game' when literally every place you can buy games from sells THQN games.

I know the 8chan event was a few months ago, but I can’t help but think the deal with THQN was in place before hand.

That event shouldn’t just go away because it’s convenient. Those people made a terrible TERRIBLE mistake in marketing and deserve to be racked over the coals until something changes.

It’s also a shame to hurt another company because of something they likely couldn’t have helped (assuming the deal was in place prior to)

I am incredibly conflicted

Now I feel even dumber for kickstarting Shenmue III
I mean, Kickstarters fund the game. It's never a guarantee that backers will be the only ones to get goodies. (I also backed it for the collectors, but I've been using KS for years and know how it works).
So excited for that Shenmue 3 set! Instant pre-order for me.
Now I wonder what the $100 I put towards a physical PS4 disc will yield...

8 for me. So a pretty decent final slate!

Disappointed with no Garou though but I guess we can't have everything! These are still very nice pickups.

Sadly I bought both the Damascus Gear games the other week :'(

Really curious about all the LucasArts stuff announced. Are we getting big box PC games? N64/NES/GB carts?

Starting June 28 with Star Wars™: Bounty Hunter (PlayStation 4) and Star Wars™ (NES, Game Boy), Limited Run Games will be re-releasing LucasArts classics in elaborate Collector’s Edition packages every month — including games from fan-favorite franchises such as Star Wars™ and Monkey Island™.

At first I thought it was a super duper Star Wars compilation ! Kinda disappointed to see everything's separated (and thus will be hella expensive).
Maybe I'll take Bounty Hunter and Episode 1 Racer since these are the ones I've the fondest memories of <3

A lot of great games in the video. Night in the Woods, Rogue Legacy, Freedom Planet, Papers Please, Transistor are my standouts.
I have been hyped by the power rangers trailer but I can't justify paying $60 for the game unfortunately.

Yikes LRG. If you signed that Red Faction deal after the AMA shit, that's a great way to get me to stop purchasing from you guys. I've made a lot of purchases in the past, but this is just too gross to accept.
