I'm thinking the poor human folk. You won't see an elf who doesn't look like they stepped out of an Abercrombie and Fitch commercial.
Hopefully Middle-earth isn't completely white again. Jackson got away with it twice (not sure how he did it in The Hobbit), but it won't work a third time.
Well, the below specifically calls out dark skin:

I don't see much in the way of outrage and judging by the casting calls, there will be a lot diversity. Whether or not that means in leading roles, we'll wait and see.
