Looks great, but I have serious doubts about it hitting early 2024 given how long it's been in the making.
Still excited to see it moving forward, and will pick it up whenever it releases!

One thing going for it now is that today its been announced Sony will publish it.
They could help the team out.

Game started by, like, one dude? And it's come together to look even remotely comparable to FF and Nier? Impressive
hopefully they can iron out the framepacing/frame drops on alpha effects hit before release.

I feel like this game looked the most interesting in its very first teaser back in the day and has looked progressively less interesting each time since. Which isn't exactly surprisingly since that first showing was very much just concept stuff, but idk.

It looks ok. I was interested ever since it was first showcased around the time FFXV dropped.
It looked so intriguing when it was first showed, but as another user said, it look less and less interesting with each new showcase.
I'll keep an eye on it to see how it develops.

This definitely looks like something I'll be keeping an eye on.

This game is never coming out. It's been what? A decade almost since it was announced? Nah. 2024 is gonna just turn into 2025 and 25 to 26.
It started as a one-person project and grew as time goes. When the scope changes multiple times it also will change the project time. With SIE actually publishing it now, it is pretty much guaranteed to come out.
This is definitely more real than a lot of the other Chinese projects we've seen teasers for, considering people actually got their hands on it at a PSX iirc. Whether the game lives up to expectations is obviously still a question, but I think with Sony's backing we can at least expect something to come out.
Between this, ReLink and ReFantasy, I wonder which game (if any) would release first.
I know ReLink has a tentative 2023 date, but after so many years and many delays, I don't think I can trust anything Cygames says about it until the game is installed on my PS5.
