All the bolts on the air grates in the Arkham Batman games have been strengthened and made unable for Bats to rip off for hiding and surveillance.
Any FromSoft game: you can now heal instantly from a pause menu without any risk. Also let the player carry unlimited healing items that are incredibly inexpensive.

The Last of Us - Better AI. Would be too hard then.
The Last Guardian - Better controls and Trico listening. Would feel unnatural.
Killzone 2 - Less input lag. Game would lose its weighty feel.
Zelda: BotW - No weapon degradation. People would just use the weapon they have the most fun with.
Soulsborne - Pause button. Game would become too easy.
Half Life 3 - Existing. Would make all other games look worse.

Take the stamina system out of Dark Souls. It would immensely diminish the game to the point of tedium.

Mega Man 2, when you defeat a boss, you don't"t automatically get their ability. Instead it's a RNG lootbox with the power being more rare than exotic. Retires start at the boss select.
