soma 274 - So I guess Soma is going to lose this, then the arc is him getting revenge or something? I dunno. I mean if he wins then what else could happen?
Horikoshi said that he wanted to finish it in 30 volumes, but now it is impossible, so I guesse we still have 2 years at least, I guess we are near the half of the story so probably 4 or 5 years to go that would make it end at the same time I expect OP to end.Last MHA was good stuff. I always liked the inheritance part of Avatar and Reborn, so this is pretty neat. Plus I think it gives the manga a bit more bite to last longer.
Wonder if it would still run when OP is done.

I realize (based on reading the threads for a while) that this may be out of place, but here goes:
I've been watching Good Morning Call on Netflix. The inexplicable swearing in the subtitles means I won't show my daughter the show, but I think it's something that she would like, so I was looking for the manga and... it's not translated/licensed. She's been reading shonen stuff for some time mainly because that's what I like, but I thought I'd ask for recommendations on shoujo (non smut) that's actually licensed here. We have the Clamp stuff from DH (which is mainly crossover stuff) and I did pick up some of the Disney line from Tokyopop.
A comic is unlikely, since I'm pretty sure that's exclusively Marvel's.With all the different writers and artists being allowed to add to the current Star Wars canon, you think a Mangaka will ever get to do anything with it?

A variant cover isn't out of the realm of possibility, but I wouldn't expect one anytime soon since I figure it's much cheaper to stick with a more in house artist.Marvel still works with mangaka occasionally right? I think a good variant cover might do at least.
Quite sure we just had a Star Wars manga in LINE Webtoons http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Wars_(LINE_Webtoon)With all the different writers and artists being allowed to add to the current Star Wars canon, you think a Mangaka will ever get to do anything with it?
Basically how I feel as well.Orient 1-8
Did it take Magi a little while to pick up? Liked the art of the big monster fight that most of these chapters cover. Unfortunately there is nothing compelling about the characters, especially musashi, so far. Will stick with it for a little bit longer.
New manga called Blue Rock. Japan gets knocked out from 2018 World Cup and then they start scouting high schoolers to represent Japan in 2022 World Cup.
It started already. First chapter 82 pages
More than happy to get a list of recommendations done, just one question though. I know you obviously want to avoid swearing and smut, but is there anything else that you'd rather it not include?
Mainly stuff that would be suitable for a young girl (my daughter), so maybe no boys love gender bending or stuff like that or at least not where that's the main focus. Thanks for responding btw.

Should be or soon be.It seems Jump is off this upcoming week. Do the other publishers are off too?

Cool!
My, and my partners, personal favorites:
- The Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts [Niehime to Kemono no Ou] (If you don't mind a little bit of violence/fighting)
- Yona Of The Dawn [Akatsuki No Yona] (If you don't mind a fair bit of violence/fighting)
- The Worst Witch in the World [Sekai de Ichiban Warui Majo] (Sadly this one isn't licensed, but it's cute and fluffy, and nice.)
- Palace Meidi (Not sure if this one is licensed, but if it is it's probably perfect for what you're looking for)
The classics:
- Glass Mask [Glass no Kamen ] (Again, not licensed)
- Rose Of Versailles [Versailles No Bara] (Set in the French revolution, also includes a little bit of cross-dressing, as the main character has been forced to live as her father's heir)
- Boys Over Flowers [Hana yori Dango] (Very standard shoujo set-up: several rich boys bully the girl they like)
- Ouran High School Host Club [Ouran Koukou Host Bu] (Another classic, the anime's pretty great too)
- Fruits Basket (I haven't personally read this one, but I hear it recommended a lot!)
- Cardcaptor Sakura (THE classic late-90's Shoujo manga, but I'm guessing you've possibly got this as you talked about having stuff by CLAMP)
Sports are always a good genre, whether it focuses on girls or boys.
Aim for the Ace pretty much set it off for shoujo manga.
Thanks for the recommendations! I have the Fruits Baskets dvds somewhere in a pile (along with Kare Kano) so maybe I'll pick up one of those volumes. I do have the original volumes of CCS, but I think I remember the anime being more fleshed out than the manga (similar to Angelic Layer) though it's been a while... my daughter is working her way through the CCS Blu-rays though.
If only itd end sooner so we can get his baseball manga. Please.
