Pretty certain this isn't legal. Keyloggers are keyloggers. Though I guess that depends on whether the keyboard is available for purchase in a country where that crap isn't legal...

That should be illegal unless probably users accept some terms when you install the app but then again I don't think that would hold up in court.

There were a time when you needed driver disks. Now I just throw these in the trash. Got a disc with a cheap headset just this week. Nope.

If I'm not mistaken Asus AI Suite software (their motherboard software that lets you "one click OC" and so on ) also tries to communicate with a server in taiwan every couple of seconds because it constantly searches for updates ...sure not as spooky as a keylogger but also weird. Either check for updates at launch or let me hit the "Search for Updates" button..dont search for updates ad nausea.
