From SoT bombing at retail to doing way better than people think in the blink of an eye.
Sometimes i love this forum.
I think it's mostly digital full game sales, that are just huge.
And we know this, as MLB 18 the Show was ahead of Sea of Thieves at retail only.
This is also a revenue chart and Sea of Thieves has just one $60 SKU, while MLB 18 the Show has higher priced ones...
The last level of Kirby made me forget any of the less exciting elements that preceded it.
"Sea of Thieves was the second best-selling game of March, and is the eighth best-selling game of 2018 year to date," said Piscatella. "Sea of Thieves generated the highest launch month sales for any title produced by developer Rare since tracking by The NPD Group began in 1995."

It's usually done by Nirolak or Zhuge. I guess neither are online right now.
I think in the past Zhuge has put out the most notable topic of that months NPD and kind of became the NPD thread from there.
That says 1995, not 2005. That's like most of their games, starting from SNES.
Only thing is I don't think NPD tracked back then and by the time they did, I think Rare was already with MS and making mostly poor games.
I just know Golden Eye was among them. But how well did that game sell?

Goldeneye is like the second highest selling N64 game of all time, that said, I believe its sales grew over time, its debut was pretty muted.
That is what i suspect, too.
And Golden Eye also released at the end of August in the US, so probably just 1 week tracking.
I would assume that Kinect sports would've been huge. Given the Kinect was a hot item at the time. And kameo/PDZ we're launch titles so I wonder if they got s boost there

You could always just make a separate video. You could call it something like "Inside Baseball." Hell i think it'd show folks online who you really are and that you actually are a gamer. That goes a long way.

Nah. Its not an Ad. Consider it as being a sort of game streaming equivalent or something. Its just sharing your passion for a different facet of the industry than your other monthly show.
Plenty of folks in the industry stream games regularly or commentate on them without issue. I don't see why it would be a problem for you in this situation. It would be a separate show than your NPD videos. They dont have to be related at all.
Your youtube channel is your own right? Its not owned by NPD is it? So long as it is isn't I can't see them having an issue with it.
