32, titanium.
Also, gold is only out of style for white people. It looks too damn good on black skin to be out of style.

35 Titanium with black diamonds. My partner wanted it to match her wedding ring.

My wife's ring is platinum. I dislike wearing jewelry, especially rings, so I've never worn one.

26 - yellow gold with diamond and a couple accent rubies. It's pretty baller tbh, but I'm all about gold. Also live in SF, and it's same sex marriage. Idk if that adds any interesting context haha

33 and.. I think it was either white gold or platinum? Can't remember right now, but it's silver-colored. I made both hers and my design and made them match the shape with hers just having a bit mor of an opening to fit three tiny diamonds in a way that didn't look tacky.
It was a learning experience too since I did a bunch of research for how rings are designed, etc.

39. My ring is Indian gold.

Platinum, white gold, pink gold etc were all in fashion when I got married, but I always thought that they look a bit naff. They are following a trend (or trying to cheap out), whereas the appeal of gold is timeless.

I have a related question: how long were you with your lady/man before you decided to get married?

30, i have a tungsten gold plated one, and one that appears to be plastic but somehow durable cause we went to hong kong to meet her grandparents and forgot the ring so i grabbed a super cheap one at the ladie's market.

i don't wear them often cause they're just rings.

I'm 30. Got married at 27 and have a white gold wedding band. I usually wear a silicone band since that not a big deal to lose.

36. White gold. Picked it out and got married at 22 if that matters. 14 years and still going strong. I absolutely cannot pull off yellow gold jewelry.

35. Ring is platinum. Was never a fan of the gold rings. Originally was going to look at tungsten. Jeweler lady sold us on it by explaining the increased rarity of it going forward. And I'm a sucker for that.

23 and getting married later this year. For now I think I'm going with a white gold ring with two rose gold lines on the sides. Still unsure!

29 and my everyday ring is dark navy silicone. Way nicer than a traditional ring. My "official" ring that I never wear is white gold

33, yellow gold. It's my grandfathers wedding band which he got in 1950, he died right after I was born so my Grandma asked if I wanted it when I got engaged and I got it resized, super cool (to me) that I wear a 70 year old wedding band from (what I've been told/can tell) a really good guy.

26, getting married in April. Looking at rings now and I'm seriously considering just getting a silicon ring.

33 I think?

My original band was a simple silver titanium, every year we get each other new bands. I move the old one to my other hand and the one moving off my hand goes on a hook board with a year label.

This year I have a blue dice ring and I think it's my favorite ring yet!
