Maybe NG4 will happen anyway, but lets be honest, this is going to sell a looooooooot more than a NG4. This is gonna be a pretty big deal for the Switch next year.

Interesting that Nintendo decided to go after Marvel titles, could be a huge hit if it can coincide with the next Avengers movie.
we don't know for sure but discussion along those lines would lead to port begging and thread derails so let's just assume it is until proven otherwise
Could be a timed exclusive though. Remember that Lego game when Nintendo published it as an exclusive on the wiiu and then WB published it to other platforms
I want a game with smooth framerates, that doesn't struggle to run when things get chaotic, with movesets that are fully unique between characters. Not "a spready attack with bullets on Blade, with the same animation with fire effects on Human Torch". I'll be crazy happy to have a cast that all gives me a unique reason to play each one, with super-powers that feel super to use.
Team Ninja is normally pretty smart at figuring out how to do this kind of stuff. The game has a nice stylization from what we saw. If the art can serve the gameplay first, that's fine with me.

Curious to see if this is an on-going deal with Marvel and Nintendo or not. I thought Square-Enix had a deal with them.
I got Star-Lord, I got Scarlet Witch, & I got Green Goblin. Just give me Ms. Marvel & we're good to go.
I said "lots of money". Marvel license should be costly, not to mention hiring Team Ninja to do the job. Triforce probably didn't cost them even a 50k bucks.
Hope it's like 1 and less like 2, having Team Ninja on board maybe they'll make the combat more enjoyable than it's predecessors.

Marvel vs Nintendo produced by Sakurai. You just know the roster would have some great surprises along the lines of Devil Dinosaur.
Given the license it's probably reasonable to assume that it may not be a permanent exclusive, but with Nintendo publishing it will likely be several years before it shows up elsewhere. The Lego game you mentioned didn't appear on other consoles for a whole generation.

Someone at Nintendo clearly loves the original NES Ninja Gaiden. Maybe they could pay for NG 4 later on.
