That costume was originally called the Warbird costume. But at the same time, MvCI is the first time said costume was called that since Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1. If it's because Marvel & Capcom don't want to cause confusion between Carol & Kamala or if they just wanted to use the most accurate name for the costume remains to be seen. I say this because I also noticed that when the Warbird costume was revealed.

After seeing Capcom's SWOT analysis, it gives me more hope for this game. They obviously see e-sports and DLC as large opportunities, so hopefully they support this game a ton.

She-Hulk has always felt like a weird omission on Marvel's part considering that she's one of the few non-Fox female veterans from UMvC3's Marvel side (granted, she isn't in the MCU yet, but you get the idea).

Had the same thought. I dont hate Iron Fist but why?

Iron First never came across as really popular to me and he was in the last game.

I would take anyone that placed behind him over him.

No word on that just yet, seeing as neither Marvel or Capcom gave a specific time-frame for how long the game will be supported (like Capcom did for SFV). But given that there are already Wave 2 costumes (namely the pre-order costumes & Captain Marvel's Major Carol Danvers costume), a 2nd season of characters is entirely possible.

Nope. So far only the first 6.

We all hope for a longer support of course.

Yeah, but he had a moveset completely unlike any other character in any other Capcom fighter (or any fighter maybe, I'm not doing the research to find out though). And he represented a popular series by himself that's still getting games.

He was crap, but I'll personally never hold a character's tier placement against them when it comes to whether or not they should come back for a sequel. Otherwise Smash should've cut Ganondorf years ago.

The netcode is pretty great, actually. It's definitely a step-up from SFV's while using the same netcode infrastructure (it's rollback, by the way).

Yeah, you're completely right in terms of PW's popularity, especially when Ace Attorney is one of the main recurring franchises Capcom has right now.

The netcode is absolutely fantastic. Out of 400+ online games I've had maybe a handful of rollback-fests, and that was searching for 1+ bar games at dead hours. Normally it's practically the offline experience for me.

It's honestly pretty crazy how good the netcode is. I probably still prefer KI's netcode, but MvCI comes pretty close in my opinion. I really hope that Capcom back-ports the MvCI netcode upgrades to SFV for Season 3/Arcade Edition.

Absolutely, when the game was announced there were so many characters I assumed were pretty much a given, and Winter Soldier was definitely not one of them.
The small roster really hurt this game if anything.

If we go by the MCU then the game still needs Ant-man (rumoured to have been worked on), Daredevil and Loki. those are the big three I guess. Maybe even Scarlet Witch, or Vision.

I guess. I just wish she was more interesting in what she could do. Having another martial artist with guns and gadgets seems boring to me. I prefer the people with either super powers or REALLY interesting unique gadgets. She's got those stun rods in the concept art, but eh, not really feeling it.

And seeing as they severely limited what Black Panther could do (no knives, no grappling), I don't have terribly high hopes that she'll excite me either.

Sadly, I feel like Marvel may prioritize Deadpool over Storm as far as X-Men go. But as far as Storm or Magneto, I'd honestly go for Storm for the reason you mentioned.

The fact that Asura wasn't on the initial roster (and likely won't be DLC) pisses me off to no end. I mean, there was TWO Street Fighter DLCs for Asura's Wrath...

For Capcom newbies Nero is there at least but should be higher. Same with Talbain and Donovan. Dimitri is missing though.

For Capcom veterans Vergil and Akuma are there at least but again, too low IMO. And Phoenix Wright in the top 3? No thank you. UMvC3 proved to me, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that he's nothing more than a joke character. :/

I love Darkstalkers and DMC, if you hadn't noticed.
