Hopefully the arguments about the rights of the mentally-ill to own guns will end up reversing the idea that anyone has that unfettered right at all. I'm sorry for your condition, but I lean towards someone with a brain injury having to at least provide some paperwork that they can understand and operate a deadly weapon. I seem to recall there being restrictions on you driving, aren't there?
