Did you not hear about the most recent stability update! Thing is as steady as a rock now!
Apparently the buzz is numbers will be lower than last week.
Blog hinted at super low numbers for this week, most likely due to stock issues.
Switch 35K

Snack World 42K
Kirby 26K
Cities Skyline 18K
To me really low numbers means that this week PS4 is below 5 figures. I expect a smaller week for the Switch as well. While Snack World I think will do over >40K and Kirby will temporary fall below 30K(will be back >30K next week).
In other news Labo Variety has claimed the first spot on Amazon.co.jp:

These numbers might not be 100% correct as these are estimates, you are right, but it's the best thing we have but the numbers won't be much lower than that.

I didn't know there were Download cards for Breath of the Wild? It's still digital to me and my point stands that with digital (no matter if download cards or not) BotW Switch is already above 1 million.
I passed again tonight by Labi shibuya and they had stock, both slim and pro, same as this weekend. It's anecdotal of course, but it's a big store and one of the first I would expect to be out of stock.

Historically we've seen this happen before where a model/SKU switch did not line up well with existing production phase out - eg. PS2 -> Slim switch led with several weak months of Fat model being phased out, than followed by weak months of Slim production not ramping out sufficiently quickly.
Dunno if anything of the sort is happening this year (the increased demand in Jan/Feb sure - but unless there was a model phase-out following, that wouldn't explain it on its own).
I was thinking that was rather low.
I do wonder if Nintendo will release digital attach rates eventually or maybe they're hoping for them to increase
