You seem to be quoting Famitsu numbers, not media create. I am looking at Metal Max 4 (3DS) on media create and it debuted at 17.867 units.

Wow, way more than I expected. I'm assuming that's shipments but given the sellthrough ratios we're probably looking at 40k+ anyway.

Yes, very likely at this point. Although we don't know for sure that Kirby is third, since the leak doesn't have digital and ranks on a per-sku basis.
Still though, the fact it was only beaten by Far Cry V which had a monster debut is great for the little guy :)
True, Star Allies should be up significantly compared to Triple Deluxe on 3DS in the US, and probably in Europe as well (it was the biggest Kirby launch in the UK ever, for example).
Also reading through the release it sounds like MLB is ahead in revenue(makes sense since multiple editions, while Kirby is ahead in sales units.
Yeah, sounds like it - but again only for physical sales. Kirby number is great, but we don't really know how much MLB would sell physically, so the exact number is hard to guess.
Isn't MLB the Show very consistent in terms of sales of around 300k?

Looks like a pretty solid March. All systems are pretty close in sales. Kirby looks to have broken out. MLB is all hits, no walks. Far Cry 5 was definitely beasting.

If the Top 3 (Nintendo, SE, Capcom) account for 55.5% of the market, and Nintendo's share is 30.9% and SE's is 14.7, then Capcom's market share would have been 9.9%.
