PS4 stock issues really didn't have much of an effect outside the post-availability and Golden weeks. The platform is back to 2017 numbers.

Switch, on the other hand, is putting some serious software sales numbers.

PS4 could be flirting with 10K soon

Software sales..yikes. Famitsu top 30 will be fascinating to see how low the chart gets number wise.

So long for that DK boost effect. WiiU ports confirmed as not doing much for hardware sales. Last week increase was indeed due to GW. Labo is not doing great as well, sadly.

Of course the increase was due to Golden Week. No one in this thread expected Tropical Freeze to impact hardware.

1MM Zelda in 3-4 weeks, 1MM Switch's YTD a little after that at this pace. Not too bad.

But yeah it's slim pickings for the positives this week. Is this Splatoon 2's lowest weak since launch by any chance?

If this is where DK is post-golden week, then maybe when demand is higher, he has Kirby's legs.

And I'm feeling roughly 3 more weeks until Breath of the Wild crosses one million in Japan.

So we were all agreeing all along that relying on WiiU ports this half of the year was a mistake as it wouldn't sustain good sales for the console? Ok, good to know.

Yes? Who was arguing differently? They are lineup fillers and chances for Nintendo to make easy money. MK8 Deluxe is the exception.

Bigger drop than I anticipated for hardware & software this week for the Switch. Overall it's looking like we should be expecting 30K hardware sales until Mario Tennis Aces releases. Still Switch software sales are holding up nicely compared to 2012.
