Seems like Level 5 is alot better when working with a publisher than when they're solo. The NNK games are so much better than anything else they make and the main difference seems to be that they were getting help from Bandai Namco?
Is there any known reason why there is a price difference for that baseball game?
PS4 audience is used to pay that kind of price and portable games are usually a bit cheaper. Is there any known reason why there is a price difference for that baseball game?
I see. And now that you mention it, i remember it was the same with the 2018 version as well (i didnt know about the 2016 version though). I thought maybe that due to the Vita game being more of a rooster update only (if i'm not mistaken). Or maybe its because Vita games were in general more cheaper than the PS4 version? Or was it usually price parity with PS4 and Vita multiplatform games as well?Same happened with Vita-PS4. The portable version was cheaper.

Yeah, from previous generations, that true, and its also true that publishers take what the can, but many multiplatform games for PS4/Switch have had the same price, so it seems more unusual now :) The PS4 version having VR support could be somewhat of a justification though, since then one version has something extra over the other version.PS4 audience is used to pay that kind of price and portable games are usually a bit cheaper.
The PS4 version also has VR support. As usual, 3rdPartys are gonna charge whatever they think they can get away with depending on the plattform.

From what I've read from user reviews, it sounds like there's probably a good game in there if the tech issues get patched out. That's a big if though since the tech issues sound numerous and severe. Like even good PCs are having issues with it.

P&D Gold wasnt f2p though and i dont really know what Gung-Hos goal was with that one.I wonder what the Japanese share is. A big turnaround from Puzzle & Dragons Gold.
Fornite must also be doing really well.
While it wasn't free, it released with a 40% discount making it 10$ and hasn't been on sale ever since.P&D Gold wasnt f2p though and i dont really know what Gung-Hos goal was with that one.
Lacked all kind of marketing.

Welcome to a wonderful demonstration of COMG bias.
But that's the name of the game
If it appears another week I will add "almost" to the name :P
Sword Art Online first week sales are coming mostly from pre-orders, second week drop will be massive.
The Japanese market is in dire need of announcements for the end of the year.
Hoping that the potentially upcoming Direct and State of Play shed some light on it.

I wonder if it can beat the record of that Fist of the North Star game. Or was it Jojo? Honestly can't remember right now, just the +90% drop.

So around 95k-100k for each version of Jikkyou ?Powerful Pro Baseball and Sword Art Online look to have openings close to previous entries.
Geo has PS4 version of Powerful Baseball #1, but in the comment says sales are 5:5

Still massive stock issues, you can only get them through lotteries.Seeing that AC figures, astounding numbers
Was Switch having stock issues or has that been resolved already (ie sales number reflects pure demand) ?

Mmm, for next week, thursday 23rd and Friday 24th are national holidays in Japan. It's possible that next week numbers will be delayed...
Possible? It's all but guaranteed. Best we can hope is Saturday release.
