Drops for Switch and PS5. Neither Zelda SS nor Shin-Chan could prevent a drop for Switch. But, Xbox increased.
MHS2 and eBaseball with big drops.

Crayon shin-chan did pretty well. It shows how third party developers can be successful with the right game at the right time. Sony lost a chance in letting Millennium Kitchen go and do their things.

Production and assembly started this month according to leakers, so if they waited more it could have turned into a 3DS situation 2.0

Wont make a big difference in the end - the people waiting now are likely getting the OLED model down the line and thats def. the model Nintendo wants people to own&buy going forward.

Even if 2020 catches up over the next couple months, which is very possible, 2021 should still wind up higher at the end of the year due to a much stronger holiday lineup.

A few days ago we saw that Pro Baseball Spirits 2021: Grand Slam's first week was actually stronger than Monster Hunter Stories 2's one for Media Create thanks presumably to sales via Amazon. I'm starting to wonder if the difference might not be limited to the first week since there were indications that the drop was going to be in the 70 - 75% range rather than 80%. Your thoughts on the matter Chris1964 ?

Wow, very nice launch week sales for both Skyward Sword HD and Crayon Shin-chan!

Drops for MHS2 and Pro Yakyuu Spirits are in line with expectation, I guess. Not too steep. Good to see.
I see others were hoping for a 70-75% drop for Pro Yakyuu Spirits. I was not aware of this. Let's see what next week will bring.

MHS2 drop is worse than for the first game, but in line with what Pokémon, for example, would perform. So I'm not negative about this.

Pro Yakyuu Spirits drop may be worse than what was expected from Amazon rankings and such, but it's in line with the drop of the 2019 game. So all in all not a shocker imo.
