We need to confirm whether Capcom counts the Xbox One and Xbox Series versions separately as there is no way to buy them separately as a Smart Delivery title.
Debuted at No.10 in the UK, with 63% for Switch. Seems to be doing generally better on Switch across the board, as expected.

I never saw so many Jp complaining they can't get it, we are talking both X and S here, with stock I'm positive it could beat xbox one LT until the end of the year, but it's not looking likely.
Then again during the Xbox 360 era I personally recall several stock issues.
Normally 20k units would see them through for a year or two. For that figure to only be enough for a 2-3 months at current levels is almost a Wii U -> Switch level reversal, going from 3.3 million to potentially 33 million.
I find the scale way to different to compare lol, I think I've said it before I would be happy to see it reach xbox OG sales LT.. seems like a hard but possible to achieve target, still would bet less than that tho will see what kind of moves they will do going forward.
And switch is more like wiiu+3ds :P

When pre-orders between the two systems are close across many retailers you'd better start to think it might happen.
That's good to hear then. Releasing SRW VTX and the SD Gundam games helped Switch build an audience for these games.
Maybe they'll put out mobile games that don't cripple the devs now

Nope I meant Famitsu numbers. MHS2 was above Skyward Sword on the eshop in July and we'll get retail sales as of August 1st tomorrow.

That's great! Didn't heard much fanfare for this game, so I assumed it did bad. 700K is nothing to scoff at. What a shame for Inazuma though.

Both hardware and software could see 10-15% decline Y-O-Y for Q1. The size of decline at Q2 will determine how close 2021 can remain to 2020 since everything points to big decline in summer everywhere, inside and outside Japan.
Bravo! This makes me so happy.
On a side note, of the 2.3 million PS5s produced last quarter my Famitsu maths says 250k of them were shipped to Japan. So a little over 10%. That's how highly Jim Ryan thinks of Japan.
The PS4 percentage is even more woeful. Just 20k of the 500k shipped were sold in Japan.
