Weird that the megaman collection sold more on PS4 but the actual New game sold less.

Not that weird....same reason why DQB 2 also has a shot of selling relatively well on PS4 compared to Switch.
PS owners just have had more times between releases...on Switch publishers are catching up multiple releases of the same franchise in the span of a couple months. If you bought the MM Collection or DQB 1 on Switch the likelyhood of getting another one just a couple of months later is lower.

Weak HW bump but it's a good way to resume the momentum in Japan, holidays will be pretty strong.
