This will probably be the last week that PS4 outsells the Switch until Monster Hunter World.
Feeling like Switch sales will be 100-125k next week for Mario. 150-200k software copies.

We are headed into the holiday months, though. Therefore, I think we should see the number stay at least at 80k or above. If not, then Nintendo must have failed to ramp up its production for the holiday months, and Japan will be a bloodbath...

Definitely. Nintendo mentioned before the Splatoon 2 launch that they had increased production for the fall, so I expect the numbers to remain high in the weeks after SMO and into the holiday period. Hoping it can get to 3.5 million by the end of December at the very least, 4 million if they really decide to treat Japan!
I would expect a console game that ends up being a big jump for the series.
Did Donny come over? He used his info to create the competition, so he's quite a prequisite for it.
I bet if people repost their predictions that would make it easier to do.

I am very interested in seeing how Odyssey does in Japan. There seems to be a lot of advertising for it so I'm thinking it will have a decent opening, but more importantly, I think it will have some pretty great legs. I'm thinking it will debut around 325K, with the Switch feeling 125K next week.

A little odd to see the Switch drop this week, I thought it was going to hold at 40k/week for a while. Maybe they're conserving a bit of the stock from this week for Odyssey's launch.

On consoles, they sell 1-1.5 million. 3d land on 3ds, however, sold 2.7 million LTD.

So I guess that Pokken has juste become the 8th Switch game to have sold more than 100K copies in retail ? ( with Zelda, 1-2 Switch, Bomberman, MK8D, ARMS, Splatoon and MHXX ).

I honestly figured the PS4 would have fared better considering the sheer number of releases. Just barely beat out the NS when combined (PS4 + Pro).
I guess I still continue posting my usual mobile stuff here like last time.
